Job details:

The position requires managerial experience in the automotive field.
Opening and closing the shop on a daily basis making sure the shop is open and ready for business by 7:30am Monday through Friday.
Create and manage a maintenance schedule for all shop equipment.
Provide guidance and assistance to junior techs.
Collaborate with the Service Advisor to create a smooth productive work flow in the shop.
Advise the owner of the needs of the shop and better ways of operating.
Maintain an average of 30 billed hours weekly.
Be open to change and what is best for the team.
